Sheffield United’s Easter weekend fixture schedule has been adjusted, with kick-off times changed for both of their crucial Championship matches.
The Blades were originally set to face Cardiff City at Bramall Lane on Friday, April 18 (Good Friday) at 3:00 PM. However, the match has now been rescheduled to 5:30 PM and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Football.
Fellow promotion contenders Leeds United will follow later that evening, kicking off at 8:00 PM against Oxford United, also live on Sky Sports Football.
On Monday, April 21, Sheffield United travel to Burnley for a potentially season-defining clash in the automatic promotion race. The kick-off time has been moved from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and will be broadcast on Sky Sports Football and ITV1.
Meanwhile, Leeds United will retain their 3:00 PM kick-off slot, with their fixture also available on Sky Sports Football.
The EFL has confirmed that future broadcast selections will now be made on a weekly basis for the remainder of the season. Fans should stay tuned for any further updates.
